5. Data Storage and Retention
- Data is stored on your device and in our cloud backend as needed to run Zone.
- We retain data while your account is active, and longer only when necessary for legal, security, or operational reasons.
- If you remove content or delete your account, we will delete or de-identify data within a reasonable period, subject to legal and backup constraints.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You can:
- Update your profile information in the app
- Control zone visibility (private or public where supported)
- Leave zones or remove your own content
- Revoke camera and photo permissions in your device settings

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have rights to access, correct, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data.
7. Children's Privacy
Zone is not intended for children under the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children where prohibited. If you believe a child provided personal information improperly, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Zone uses third-party sign-in and infrastructure services (such as Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, and backend hosting and storage providers). Their processing may be governed by their own privacy policies.
